The firm continued producing fine quality glassware until the second world war, after which fortunes declined and the business was sold in 1957.
This catalogue details some 160 lines of glassware with line-drawn illustrations of Sowerbys vases, spills & baskets in Flint, Opal, Turquoise, Malachite, Patent Queens Ware & Blanc de Lait glasses.
