Forty photographs of still lifes of mundane domestic interiors tranformed by Sasse into pure theater. Sasse attended the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf from 1982 to 1988, where he studied under Bernd Becher becoming part of a generation of German photographers to have studied there known as the Dusseldorf School that had an enormous impact on contemporary photography in the 90s.
