We’re celebrating our 50th anniversary by celebrating YOU – the Great British Book Collector. Over the last 50 years the PBFA has helped thousands of enthusiasts build up collections on every topic under the sun. Now we’d like to see some of them!

* You must have at least 12 related books in your collection.
* The competition is open to anyone resident in the UK, aged under 30 on 31st December 2024.
* The closing date for entries is 30th November 2024.
* The prize of £500 will be awarded at the York Book Fair on Saturday 11th January 2025.

Now all you have to do is tell us about your collection and send us a few photographs. Please limit your entry to 500 words - about two sides of A4.
It might help to consider:
Why, and when, did you start collecting?
What is the theme of your collection?
What inspired you to start this collection?
Where do you find items for your collection?
How do you decide what to include in your collection?
What will happen to the collection in the future?

Please send your entry as a Word document to info@pbfa.org.

Good luck!
