Book Description

1st Edition, 1st Printing. 13.5 x 22.2 cm turquoise boards with gilt stamped titles to the spine, 93(3)pp with black and white illustrations by Charles Keeping throughout. In original dust jacket priced at 10s 6d net. A lovely looking book with the merest hint of toning to the top and bottom edges and a very small bump to the bottom corners. Internally the book is clean and bright and without name, inscription or bookplate. The striking dust jacket, which is now protected in a removable, clear cover (not shown), has no discernible fading.
