Printed for the Committee by Eyre and Spottiswoode, 1908. 500 copies, of which this is No. 355.

Paper over card covers with title to spine. 95pp including illustrations in the text, plus 36 plates. 11.5 x 9 inches approx. (293mm x 230mm). Showing some light wear and rubbing to covers, spine creased. Pages dusty but generally clean throughout; has a smoky odour (real fire, not cigarette/nicotine).
