Five red herrings (early copy in dw)
Book Description
A golden age detective novel in the scarce dustwrapper. A lord Peter Wimsey story. This is the April 1933 sixth impression with map endpapers showing Gallway in Scotland for use with the story.
Dealer Notes
The book in the original publishers orange/ red cloth binding is in very good condition. A nice clean copy with minor sunning at the head and foot of the spine as a result of the minor chipping to the dw.
The dustwrapper is very uncommon and pre war examples seldom turn up.
The dustwrapper has a number of small edge chips and is in two pieces ( split down the rear hinge) it could be repaired or restored if desired.
