The third edition, with some new additionals. Printed by his own copy. [8], 9-55, [3], p.56 [i.e.59], 60-79, 90-135, [1], [1-7], 8-64, [2], [96], 145-190pp. Lacks the portrait frontispiece, and the final blank leaf X8. Contemporary panelled calf, blind ruled borders and cornerpiece ornaments. Expertly rebacked, and corners very neatly repaired. New end-papers and paste-downs. Some dustiness and occasional marks. Old ink splash at head of ‘To the Reader’ page.

'Poems, &c.', 'Letters to divers eminent personages', 'An account of religion by reason', 'Aglaura. Presented at the private-house in Black Fryers', 'Aglaura. Represented at the court', 'The Goblins' and 'Brennoralt' each have separate dated titlepage; register is continuous; 'Letters' with continuous text despite the pagination break; 'Aglaura. Presented at the private-house ..' with separate pagination of 64,[1]p.; 'Aglaura. Represented at the private-house' and 'The goblins' bear no pagination, and the pagination of 'Brennoralt' begins on sig. T1 with p. 145. In the first pagination section, pp. 59 and 133 misnumbered 56 and 134 respectively; in the second p. 45 misnumbered 54; and in the third p. 157 misnumbered 147.
