Book Description

Money, Martin Amis, Jonathan Cape, 1984, First Edition First Impression Probably Amis' most highly praised novel and aptly described as an epitaph for the 80s with its central figure an advertising executive with a tendency for excess but deep disenchantment with life. In very good condition, the binding is straight and tight, the boards clean and the lettering on the spine bright. The end papers and pages are free from marks and tears. Some foxing to the top and fore edges. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a clear, removable cover is in very good condition with some minor foxing to the top of the end papers, a couple of small nicks and nibbling to the top edge and a couple of creases to the front cover Overall a very good copy. Becoming uncommon. Will be dispatched carefully wrapped in bubblewrap and a cardboard box.
