Book Description

16 pages + 2 illustrations on one sheet. Original pink paper covers. Front cover has 8 vignettes, inner rear cover has plan of the property. Presumably this edition published before the sale had taken place as it has "The conditions of sale will be published twenty-one days prior to the auction" on the rear of the title page. The conditions of sale are not present here. Covers are soiled and faded with some staining. Some soiling and creasing throughout. There is a small burn hole to the front cover just by the image of Anne Hathaway's Cottage
