Firm copy of first British edition - ex library with all the usual stamps and marks internally - well fingered and read - but no signatures, inscriptions or notations discovered. Line drawn black and white illustrations throughout. Red cloth hard cover with gold gilt titles to spine. Some faint edge wear - small patches of sellotape removal marks to front and rear top and bottom edges - the sellotape mars carried over onto opposite side and there is a brown strip down the whole rear side of both front and rear cover. Unclipped jacket with rubbing along top and bottom edges.
