Verlag von Baumgärtner’s Buchhandlung, Leipzig, no date [1914?], second edition, improved and expanded; oblong folio, 305 x 250mm, in the form of a portfolio with folding internal flaps containing loose sheets; title page, short text in German to both the first and this edition, list of plates, and 34 autotype (monochrome) and eight colour plates of interiors; grey cloth titled in dark brick red, internal flaps and end paper in similar colours in an art deco design approximating to small, stylised peacock tails on a dull golden-lined background; cover a little frayed at the base and head of the spine and on the corner points, some foxing of the flaps, but the contents clean and complete; printed seller’s label of Salmain & Fils, Librairie des Art du Bâtiment, Bruxelles, on an inner flap
