The contents are in very good condition, with a little staining to the edges of a few Contents pages, a small stamp 'Brixham Museum and History Society' to the front pastedown and a name in pencil on the front free endpaper. The boards are in very good condition with a little wear to the corners and some fraying to the top and bottom of the spine.
