THE GENIUS OF HENRY MILLER
Book Description
Rare pamphlet containing two pages of text in the form of a letter written to Dante T. Zaccaginini, explaining why he feels Miller is a “specially great” writer. Four pages in total, the second leaf being a black blank. Original stiffened covers with a photograph of Miller inside the back cover. A few light surface creases to the front, back slightly soiled, spine a touch rubbed. Extremely scarce. “Where Henry Miller is specially great I think is in two things ... first in his descriptions of odd fantastic grotesque quaint queer eccentric pathetic and tragically endearing human figures that he has met and made friends with all over Europe and America”.
