Blue cloth with faded gilt titles to the spine. 12 pages of photographs from he film which starred Ralph Richardson, Olivia de Havilland and Montgomery Clift. Foreword by Ralph Richardson. Signed , without dedication on the front free endpaper by Montgomery Clift.
