The page entitled "To the Reader" explains that although this is part two it is being printed before part one which was still in preparation. As it turned out part one was never finished and this volume is all that was published. Armorial bookplate to front pastedown. Spine and corners are a later replacement. Bookbinders ticket stating "restored by Blair Jeary, Burghley House" to base of front pastedown. Edges of boards somewhat rubbed and worn. Some discolouration to endpapers but overall a VG copy of a scarce title. Nb very heavy book, would be very expensive to post overseas.
