Book Description
An unique dark red morocco binding with extensive geometrical gilt design and gilt lettering to upper board, double gilt ruling with inner ruling with four Fleur-de-lys design to each corner of rear board. Five raised bands with boxed ruling, decoration and Fleur-de-lys gilt design and gilt lettering to the spine. Marbled endpapers with leather finish and gilt dentelles and marbled page edges. In very good condition, clean and fresh, with minor rubbing to boards, corners and tips to the spine as seen in photos. With several advertising pieces and articles, some of the pages with light marks and a couple of holes to ffep. Old label with Student's name 'Sidney Brough' indicating the binding was made by someone learning the craft.
