A unique copy of the First Illustrated UK Edition of du Maurier's iconic novel. Small Quarto (11'' x 8''), quarter vellum, beige boards . The spine is somewhat sunned and there is a small amount of frayed loss at the top. Large Paper Limited Edition 93/250 Signed by not only the Author but also Gerald du Maurier, Dorothea Baird, C M Hallard, W Gayer Mackay and one other unidentified , all of whom were members of the Cast of the first performance of the Stage version of 'Trilby' at The Theatre Royal Haymarket on Wednesday October 30th 1895. The Dramatization was by Paul M Potter 'by permission' . The Programme for the first performance is attached inside the front cover of the book.
