Bound in contemporary sheep, gilt spine, edges of spine cracked but holding fast, small area of scouring on lower board. Contents extremely clean with not a trace of foxing, plates with strong imprint. A VG+ copy. Seven of the plates show sections of different meats and fish butchered into joints.
