Rebound, half leather, marbled paper. 6 raised bands. Gilt lettering on spine. Title on black leather label. Light tide-marks within. A small number of very minor repaired tears. Complete, contains all 117 plates. Includes map of York included in Francis Drake's 1736 "Eboracum," considered first history of York. Beautiful collection of plates featuring architectural elements, stained glass windows, and coats of arms. Very good.
