Dealer Notes
a curious feature is that the pagination on the contents page does not match the page numbering in the latter part of the book. The book collates correctly and I suspect that the contents page, printed on slightly thinner paper, has been taken from the paper stock for another edition - possibly the London and Edinburgh 1772 edition
