This is a nice record of two visits to Australia in twenty-nine original water colour paintings in two large albums, the albums measure 18.5 inches by 12.5 inches approx. (47cm by 32cm approx.) all the paintings are captioned, Signed and dated. ( I have not been able to recognise the signature on the paintings) The artwork has been stuck into the albums and each piece has been protected in removeable cellophane covers, The scenes include a road in Queensland where a crocodile had crossed, The Barron Falls Queensland, The Kuranda Railway, two paintings of fish in an aquarium at Cairns, two paintings of 4 Mile Beach, Port Douglas, Queensland, The Aviary at Cairns, small boats at Sydney Harbour, Sydney Opera House & Bridge in the rain, Flowers on the railway embankment South Sydney, Gum Trees near Bunbury, Alice’s Spring, two paintings of Kata Tjuta “The Olgas”, and two paintings of Ayers Rock, A Ghost Gum Tree in the MacDonnell Range, Blue Gum Trees and a Red Kangaroo, “Uncle Frank’s Tree”, “David’s Dam”, Pip’s Stud Farm, The Natural Bridge at Albany, The Big Hole “Griffen Mine” Muja Collie, Bunbury Beach “The Indian Ocean” – looking towards South Africa.
