Dealer Notes
A fascinating snapshot of social history, and all the more interesting in that prices are indicated for each item. Would be useful to give a very accurate impression of the household consumption at that time from a number of different points of view: economic, culinary, reception of different types of food, or even to help with the background for a novel set in a domestic setting.
