Illustrated endpapers, title-vignette, seven plates in brown, black and grey (all retaining their original tissue guard), line drawings throughout the text by William Nicholson. A very good or better copy the binding square and firm with some bumping at the bottom of the spine and a few marks and natural toning to the vellum. The contents are clean throughout and without previous owner’s marks. Lacking the pictorial dustwrapper and plain glassine. An attractive example
