Hardback in dustwrapper. pp xiv, 208, plus 8 b/w plates. Size: 7.5 x 5.5 inches approx. (193mm x 143mm).
Too tall dustwrapper rubbed and worn and with loss to spine ends and corner tips; creasing to top and bottom edges, tears and small loss to top edge; dusty/grubby with some staining, very darkened to spine. Cloth clean and bright; spine ends and lower corner tips lightly worn and frayed. Light offsetting to endpapers; signs of light erasing to upper corner of front free endpaper; pages foxed throughout, heavy in places, but generally clean; edges of page-block heavily spotted/foxed.
Nonetheless, remaining a reasonably nice, clean copy and uncommon to find with its dustwrapper.

Touring Wales with motor car and caravan in the spring of 1928 with the writer S. L. [Samuel Levy] Bensusan (1872-1958) and his wife Marian, the car an unidentified open-top tourer named “The Tramp”.
