Sermons Chiefly Designed for the use of Families
Book Description
This is a 1st edition 2 volume set of “Fawcett's Sermons” by John Fawcett, Rector of Scaleby and perpetual Curate of St Cuthbert's, Carlisle and printed and sold by B Scott, Carlisle and J Richardson, London in 1817. The volumes have 505 and 508 pages respectively and there are no marks or inscriptions in them other than a sellers label for Arthur, Carlisle on the top left corner of the front boards. They would appear to be in their original binding and have leather spines and corners and marbled boards. A rather nice set of scarce items. Overseas purchasers will incur extra postage due to the weight of the books. If you have any questions about the books or their content please email me.
