The book is inscribed and signed by the author to the front pastedown: “To Sally & Peter Wheeler and many thanks for your kindly hospitality. signed Geoffrey E Parker, 1972”. The binding is firm and square. The original dust jacket is in very good + condition. It has a foxing spot in the “C” of BLACK, a spot with surface loss near the fore edge, a little rubbing along the joint with the front flap and rubbing at the tips of the top bottom edges of the front panel.
