The third volume issued from Wortley Hall comprising January to December 1835 pps.1-296 with engraved title page frontispiece and 20 fine hand coloured plates as called for. Vol 4. Jan 1836 to August pps.1-216. 9 colour plates and numerous wood engravings. Jan / Feb 1837 with 2 colour plates.followed by the Gardeners Magazine April & May 1834 which includes a 65pp section on growing the Pomegranate.There follows a two part treatise on Brewing and Winemaking 64pps Together with an "Essay on Under Draining" by J Ballantyne.Ayr.8vo 52pps 1835 [Not in copac] Finally a 24pp pamphlet entitled Practical Hints on the Principles of Surveying and Valuing Estates, also on the the making repairing and management of roads etc. by Andrew Henderson Edinburgh 1829. Crown 8vo original half leather very sound but showing signs of restoration
