Front end paper of vol. 4 missing. Complete text without the atlas.First edition in English, first published in Madrid as "Diccionario geografico-historico de las Indias Occidentales ó America: es a saber: de los reynos del Peru, Nueva Espana, Tierra Firme, Chile, y Nuevo reyno de Granada" from 1786 to 1789. A series of folding maps of the Americas by Aaron Arrowsmith was published to accompany this. Sabin 368.
