ANON. THE LIFE OF JACK SPRAT, HIS WIFE, AND HIS CAT. Printed for J.Kendrew, Colliergate (York). Pp 16 including covers. Approx 95 x 62 mm. With 16 woodcuts. No date, but circa 1820-1820. As with all the Kendrew 16 page chapbooks, the covers were simply washed with yellow after printing and binding in imitation of card wraps. In this copy the last page is a little blotchy, and has a small stain. Disbound with some evidence of previous binding, but now resewn with linen thread. A Very Good Plus copy.
