Signed on half-title by Moss Hart, George S. Kaufman and Alexander Woolcott, who was the author, lecturer, critic and radio performer the authors drew upon for the central character in this play. Also signed by thirty members of the cast and crew of an unidentified early production of the play including Betty Blythe, Philip Truex, Russell Conway, Katherine Stevens etc..
