Ryland D. Adkins. Christopher Markham edited the first volume and Charles Cox the second. Many of the pages in both volumes remain uncut to the edge - ie have never been opened! One top corner of each volume worn. Soundly bound. Contents VG, but as often with vellum bindings the vellum is rather discoloured - so exterior only rated Good. Nb combined weight pre-packing over 4kg, so expensive to post overseas.
