THE STORIES THAT LITTLE BREECHES TOLD (First Edition)

Book Description
The full title of this volume is : The Stories that Little Breeches Told and the Pictures which Charles Bennett Drew for Them.
This is a collection of stories that the author told to his daughters, Harriet & Polly, and to whom he dedicated them in print.
Charles Bennett obviously had an imaginative sense of humour involving a wide array of animals & children, and although classically Victorian in style there is a sense of timelessness about them.
