Of the Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis. Megan Paul, 1907.
In a lovely Pre-Raphaelite style painted vellum binding executed at the Royal School of Art Needlework.
With the addition of a gorgeous original forage paintings by the master Martin Frost, after an original by Edward Burne Jones. This was probably executed in c. 1900 as there is a inscription of that date on the end paper.
