Published in London in 1794, this is the second edition, improved of this eighteenth century book of advice to a newly married couple, 109 pages, bound in patterned cloth with leather spine title label, internally half title page is present. Loosely inserted is a small written history of the books ownership recording that it was given as a present by a Mrs. Michell to a Mary Locke of Pitminster in 1795. Some sunning to cloth, a few foxing and browning spots to opening and closing couple of pages else contents generally crisp and clean.
