Sparrow, Ipswich) 9.25ins x 6ins, 175pp. The portraits, drawn by Samuel Read, are reproductions from a sketchbook created between 1835 and 1838. Facing each portrait is a brief biographical note of the person concerned. Includes a bibliography. An unusual title in VG condition.
