Book Description
Ambrose Heath (1891-1969) was a British journalist and food writer, writing and translating more than 100 works on food. Some of his books were early promoters of vegetarian and pescatarian eating, despite Heath not being vegetarian.

Dust jacket unclipped but price has a line through it. Same pink pen has written a 2 on front free endpaper, otherwise no inscriptions. Dust jacket a little foxed and rubbed at edges, with fading to spine. Pages clean with some foxing to page edges.
