[325 x 250 mm.] pp. 4 [original list of subscribers], [4, final list of subscribers], [1, additional subscribers], viii [list of plates and preface], 877, [4, index, words explained and errata], [1, errata and addenda], errata slip to verso of title page; maps and illustrations [collated, complete as per Smith’s Bibliotheca Cantiana pp. 297-9]. Nineteenth century sheep backed boards, a little worn but sound, the plates a little foxed as usual.
A most complete copy of the Large Paper edition with both the original and the final list of subscribers and an additional errata slip not mentioned by Smith pasted to the verso of the title page. The list of subscribers and additional list give a total of less than 300 copies of which fewer than 30 are for the Large Paper Edition making this a genuinely rare version of an uncommon Kentish book.
