Book Description

From the library of the poet, Gavin Selerie, to whom there is a dedication and drawing dated '12/7/94' by Ginsberg on the title page. ‘A H’ within the flower and as text within the dedication refers to mutual friend, the poet, Alan Halsey. Both skull and flower are constituents of Ginsberg’s signing iconography; their combination here is comedic. Gavin Selerie had published an extensive interview with Ginsberg in 1980 as the first in his series, 'The Riverside Interviews'.
