Original publishers green pebble cloth boards, with paper label, indicating price at 10s. Original endpapers present, a little foxing to title pages, slightly rubbed to hinges and top of spine, but a good set overall. Rather an unusual work. Davison, often working with Catnach, produced a number of works by Bewick. This was intended to mirror his successful publication of a Bewick illustrated version of Burns. Tattersfield TB 2.502.
