The Pleiad
Book Description
This is a copy of Volume XXVI of Constable’s Miscellany of Original and Selected Publications in the Various Departments of Literature, Science & The Arts; “The Pleiad” a series of Abridgements from Seven Distinguished Writers on the Evidences of Christianity by Francis Wrangham M.A. F.R.S., published by Constable, Edinburgh in 1828. The book has 300 pages of text and is bound in a green cloth which has faded with a title label on the spine. The volume would appear to have been in a “Lending Library” according to the inscription on the inside of the front board. There is also a note written on the FEP requesting that the book be kept clean. The edges and corners of the boards are rubbed and bumped. If you have any questions about the book or its content please email me.
