Disbound, with evidence of former binding to the spine, now resewn with linen thread. Approx 94 x 64 mm. This copy with the stamp of J.H.Carr, Printer and Stationer, Fossgate,York. Carr was the son of Kendrew’s eldest daughter, and was known to have continued selling Kendrew’s chapbooks after his death. In Very Good overall condition. As with all of Kendrew’s halfpenny chapbooks, the outer pages were simply washed with yellow after printing and binding.
