First edition, Original publisher’s illustrated card covers, 28pp including 11 full-page monochrome illustrations. One of Robinson’s rare commercial productions, this being for the Practical Etching Company Limited and describing the company’s various processes for the reproduction of pictures. Illustrated with the fantastical machines and contraptions for which Robinson became so famous. Some small tears and creasing to the edges of the card covers which are dust-soiled with the occasional mark. Internally in excellent, unblemished condition. Scarce with only one other copy traced at the National Library of Scotland. Very good.
