Issued in both cloth and yellowback form in Routledge's American Library, this present issue is very rare. Although the binding of our copy is obviously restored where damaged, it is largely complete, with pictorial upper wrapper and advert lower wrapper. No illustrations were included in either issue, the first illustrated edition following on two years later.
