Event Information

The PBFA welcomes you to the new look Harrogate Book Fair, now located in the Garden Room at The Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate. With parking available, a cafe on site and a central location that's only a short walk from the station, we look forward to this exciting new chapter for the fair.

The hotel itself is no stranger to the literary world bearing in mind it is the location for the annual Theakston's Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival. It is also the chosen destination for the Queen of Crime herself.  When Agatha Christie's disappearance sparked a nationwide search, she was finally tracked down to this beautiful Harrogate hotel.

PBFA book dealers will be travelling from all over the UK to display and sell their wide range of rare books, specialising in both fiction and non-fiction. There will be a wide range of subjects on display, offered by specialist dealers with knowledge and expertise.
